Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has revealed when he plans to retire and how he wants to do it.
The Italian expert has an incredible career behind him – he is the only coach to win the title in each of the five leagues, and also no one has more titles in the Champions League than him.
Ancelotti won league titles with Milan, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain, Real and Bayern.
– This chapter in Real will be the end of my career. After the ‘royal club’ I will retire. Real is the very top of football, it makes sense that the end comes after this experience – said Ancelotti and added:
– Time has changed some dynamics – a few years ago the priorities were technique and tactics, now I am overwhelmed by human relations, by meeting people, meeting the new generation.
Ancelotti’s contract with Real expires in 2024, but it is not yet known whether he will retire then.
Last season, Madrid won the titles in La Liga and the Champions League, and a few years ago they also reached the European Super Cup.
