ŻRQ Bormla won the direct clash against Swieqi Futsal 4-3 to strengthen their second place in the Enemed Futsal League standings.
Shortly before the start of the second phase of this competition, this challenge was a very interesting one with Swieqi who started well as they established a three goal lead with the Cospicua side who remained calm and even scored four goals which gave them the final victory.
Brayan Stiven, Marcelo Alarcon and Ryan Muscat scored for Swieqi with ŻRQ Bormla turning the tables after goals from Karl Luke Schembri, Jovica Milijic, Karl Sciortino and Jose Rodrigo.

The league leaders remained University of Malta ACJ Group who easily beat Sliema Futsal 13-1.
Gia Nikvashvili was the hero for the Universitarians when he scored four goals, Paul Scerri, Zvezdan Vukovic and Raimundo Nonato netted a personal double while Melvin Borg, Stefan Camilleri and Aaron Montebello combined the score for their team.
Kevin Sammut scored the only goal for Blues.

Local futsal champions Luxol scored an easy 6-0 victory against Ta’ Xbiex.
As expected, the team led by Gabriel Dobre dominated the match where they had already scored three goals by the end of the first half. They kept controlling until the end so they came out with the three points from this encounter.
Jhon Anderson, Matthew Attard, Luke Gatt, Emil Raducu, Robert Stoyanov and an own goal decided the match for their team.

Marsaskala Futsal maintained their progress when they beat the Maltese under-19 selection 10-3.
Amir Ashtiyani scored three goals while Craig Pickard and Pavlo Bekesha scored twice each. Owen Duca, Ryan Pisani and Ismael Tabone were also in the score sheet.
The Maltese youths scored through a double by Collin Sammut and another goal by Mason Agius.

Gzira United Santa Margherita got their first win of the season after beating the Maltese under-18 team 7-3.
Felipe Andres Aguilera Linares was the main protagonist after scoring five goals with Yessous Camilleri and Bernard Sciberras adding to the score for the Maroons.
Charles Emeric Colaud, Brave Azzopardi and Russell Borg scored the goals for the Maltese under-18 team.
