Verstappen’s frustration with his team’s strategy was evident throughout the race, as he took risks in his attempt to secure a podium finish. “You gave me a terrible strategy, okay? I’m trying to salvage what I can,” he expressed during one of the laps. Verstappen’s altercation with Hamilton continued after the race, where he accused Hamilton of blocking him on the track and blamed the team’s strategy for their fifth-place finish.

In response, Hamilton stated, “Max is a tough driver, and tough races are to be expected. I believe he braked too late and made a mistake.” Despite the criticism, Verstappen remains at the top of the world championship standings, with a 74-point lead over Lando Norris.

However, the pressure is mounting, and Verstappen’s outburst of “You can all go to hell” after the race shows that he is feeling the heat.
