From Thursday the 5th, until Sunday the 8th of September, Duncan Micallef, a Top Fuel Dragster Driver, will be present at the Santa Pod Race in the United Kingdom to participate in the Euro Finals.
This is the Fifth and Final race of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship. Micallef has been leading this competition since the beginning and has achieved two records, his personal best and the title of the fastest driver in Europe.
In the previous month, at the Tierp Arena in Sweden, Micallef delivered an impressive performance in the third round of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship. He not only broke his own record but also set a new European record. With a personal best of 3.79 seconds and a European speed record of 321.4MPH, Micallef is still at the top of the FIA European Drag Racing Championship with 227 points. Susanne Callin of Sweden is closely following him with 192 points, while Jndia Erbacher of Switzerland holds the third position with 168 points.
At the same time, Micallef’s son, Jacob Micallef, is also in the United Kingdom to participate in the final round of the Euro Series 2024, Champions of the Future, at the PF International Karting Circuit, which is the largest outdoor karting circuit in the UK.
