Bayern Munich has fortified its goalkeeping line-up by extending the contracts of Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich.
The German champions announced that both goalkeepers have signed on until June 2025, solidifying their commitment to the club.
Manuel Neuer, who joined Bayern from Schalke in the summer of 2011, has become an iconic figure at the club. His legendary status as a goalkeeper is unquestionable, having twice led Bayern to the pinnacle of European football. Despite facing a turbulent period recently, Bayern has shown faith in Neuer, one of the best goalkeepers of the 21st century, by renewing his contract.
Ulreich, on the other hand, is donning the Bayern jersey for the second time. He was part of the club from 2015 to 2020 before spending a season at Hamburger SV and then returning to Munich. His renewed contract reaffirms his role as a key player in Bayern’s squad.
