Antonio Conte was not particularly pleased after his debut on the Tottenham bench.
The team from North London played a match with Vitesse yesterday, within the fourth round of the Conference League.
The result on “White Hart Lane” was 3: 2 for the home team, and it is interesting that we saw all five goals in the first half.
The home team had a 3-0 advantage until the 28th minute, and it seemed that the game was over, but drama ensued. In the 32nd and 39th minute, Vitesse reduced to 3: 2, but by the end of the match, they did not manage to even the score.
After the match, Antonio Conte, who made his debut on the Tottenham bench, was not satisfied.
- My first impressions are that this was a “crazy” game. People who know me very well know that I don’t like it when games like this happen. I want a stable team, and if the opportunity arises to “kill” an opponent, we must do so. I definitely think we deservedly celebrated because we created more opportunities than Vitesse – said Conte after the match.
For the weekend, Tottenham will play a Premier League match against Everton. The match is scheduled for Sunday at 3 pm at Goodison Park.
