Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic did not falsify PCR tests!
The First Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade announced that, acting on a criminal report, it determined that tennis player Novak Djokovic had been tested for coronavirus several times and that the certificates for the test results on December 16 and December 22, 2021 were valid.
The prosecution alleges that on January 12, by the signatory “Budimir Grom”, they filed an electronic criminal complaint against unidentified persons for committing the criminal offense of forging a document.
– The report states that unknown persons made a forged document – PCR certificates, which were later used by Novak Djokovic for exemption from vaccination when entering Australia, as well as when appealing the decision to cancel the visa – the statement said.
Necessary checks followed, after which it was determined that the Serbian ace had not done anything illegal or not.
– Insight into the electronic database during the supervision of the tests performed for the presence of the Covid 19 virus for the person Novak Đoković, it was determined that he was tested several times and that there is confirmation that the test results from December 16, 2021, and from December 22, 2021, are valid, – it is added in the statement of the prosecution.
After the collected data, the prosecution made a decision in the case and rejected the criminal report with a decision!
