Elias Theodorou, a former MMA fighter, died at the age of 35, after a long battle with colon cancer.
“He accepted his end in the same way he lived – irrationally and infectiously optimistic,” announced the Canadian fighter’s family.
He fought in the UFC from 2014 to 2019.
He recorded eight wins and three losses.
He ended his career in 2021, and his last fight was against Brian Baker, when he won by unanimous decision on December 18 in Colorado.
