The Maltese Men’s Beach Handball team have qualified for the European Handball Federation (EHF) Beach Handball EURO 2025.
The Men’s national team will be playing in the upcoming tournament that is set to take place in Antalya, Turkiye in July 2025.
The Malta Handball Association’s President, Daniel Tabone, commented about this achievement stating, “This first ever qualification is a testament of the importance of Beach Handball in the Association’s overall development plan. The technical staff and players are all working hard and committed to ensure that our performance in Varna will be of the highest quality.”
In July of this year, the Men’s national team participated in the EHF Beach Handball Championships qualifiers in Varna, Bulgaria, placing 10th overall and securing our place in Turkiye.
