Luxol were held to a 2-2 draw against Swieqi United in a very interesting match from the Enemed Futsal Premier League.
The team led by Gabriel Dobre established a 2-0 lead but their opponents reacted and even equalized the score.
Luke Gatt and Nathan Cope established a double advantage for the team from St Andrew’s before Santiago Cruz and Karl Luke Schembri equalized for Swieqi.

The University of Malta beat Ta’ Xbiex Futsal 5-2.
The Universitarians took the lead and even though Ta’ Xbiex equalized they could do little against the strength of their opponents.
Steven Camilleri scored twice for the University of Malta while Jose Cristian Fernandez, Luke Anthony Borg and Mohamed Elamari added more goals for their team.

Christian Wismayer and an own goal by Mohamed Elamari were the scorers for Ta’ Xbiex.

Hamrun SC Futsal continued to improve as they beat GZR Birżebbuġa 4-3.
Gia Nikhvashvili scored twice while David Bobokhidze and Hamza Harrat were also on the scorers list.

In a match between the two Maltese selections, it was the under-19s who beat the under-17s 6-2.
Charles Emeric Coulaud scored four goals for the under-19 team while Luke Urpani and Aeanas Farrugia netted the goals for the under-17 team.
