CHAMPION WITHOUT MISTAKES: Verstappen takes the pole position in Abu Dhabi

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen won the pole position today ahead of the Formula 1 race for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the last of the season.

The two-time consecutive Formula 1 champion reached the pole position with a result of 1.23.824 minutes, that is, Verstappen was 0.228 seconds faster than his club colleague Sergio Perez.

The third and fourth times were the drivers of Ferrari, Charles Leclerc, and Carlos Sainz, while behind them was the duo of Mercedes, Lewis Hamilton, and George Russell.

Lando Norris, Esteban Ocon, Sebastian Vettel, and Daniel Ricciardo are also up to the tenth position.

The last race of this season is scheduled for Sunday at 14:00 at the Yas Marina circuit in Abu Dhabi.
