Leclerc ends his Monaco jinx with a dream home win

Charles Leclerc triumphed at the 2024 Monaco Grand Prix, securing his first-ever victory on his home turf. This win came after an impressive pole position, marking his third pole in Monaco, with a lap time of 1:10.270. This achievement also celebrated Ferrari’s 250th pole in Formula 1.

Leclerc’s performance was impeccable throughout the race, holding off challenges from competitors to finish first. Oscar Piastri qualified in second, 0.154 seconds behind Leclerc, and Carlos Sainz secured third, creating a strong showing for Ferrari with a one-three finish. McLaren’s presence was also notable, with Piastri in second and Norris in fourth.
