Jose Mourinho can’t stay away from controversies.
The Portuguese coach and Roma have been fined €20,000 each, and the reason is almost expected. Mourinho, ahead of the match against Sassuolo, made inappropriate comments about referee Matteo Marini.
The Wolfes strategist admitted guilt, confirmed by the Referee Organization in an official statement. Thus, Roma and Jose will have to pay a total of €40,000. The club is punished for what is described as “objective responsibility.”
The entire amount will be redirected to charitable purposes.
Let’s remind that Roma plays against Bologna in the next match.
