The captain of the Croatian national team, Luka Modrić, will be absent for ten days due to a minor injury.
The Real midfielder played 180 and a half minutes in the duels of his national team against Denmark (2:1) and Austria (2:1), and after returning to Madrid it was found that he was slightly injured.
Modric will miss the matches with Osasuna and Shakhtar due to injury, and he could return next weekend when Real visits Getafe.
Nevertheless, the experienced footballer will be ready for “El Clasico”, which is scheduled for October 16 in Madrid.
