Arabian clubs are keen to capitalize on the chance as Jamie Vardy is set to depart Leicester at the end of the season

Leicester City player Jamie Vardy could potentially leave the club next summer and continue his career in Saudi Arabia. Having been with Leicester since 2012, Vardy’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season, attracting interest from Saudi clubs Al Shabab and Al Kadesiah.

With 446 appearances for Leicester, he has scored 177 goals and provided 69 assists. In the 2015/16 season, when Leicester clinched the Premier League title, Vardy was named the league’s Player of the Season, becoming the only Leicester player to receive such an award. That same year, he made Premier League history by scoring in eleven consecutive matches, breaking Van Nistelrooy’s record.

While currently playing in the Championship, Leicester is on track to return to the Premier League, sitting in second place on the table, with Ipswich leading the league.
