Ivan Woods, the coach of Malta’s U21 team, has revealed the final 23-man squad for the upcoming UEFA European U21 Championship Qualifiers. The initial roster of 28 players has been reduced to 23 players.
Malta’s first match will be against Hungary at the Hidegkuti Nándor Stadium in Budapest on Thursday, 10th October 2024 at 20:00hrs. This will be followed by an away match against Spain on Tuesday, 15th October 2024 at 18:00hrs at the Municipal Nuevo Mirador in Algeciras. These two games will be the last fixtures for Group B of the UEFA European U21 Championship Qualifiers.
