The young representative of Portugal and now former Fulham player Fabio Carvalho has officially signed a contract with Liverpool, the English club announced.
The 19-year-old footballer was supposed to move to Liverpool at the beginning of the year, but the transfer was not realized then due to paperwork.
Last season, together with Serbian national team player Aleksandar Mitrovic, Carvalho played a key role in Fulham’s return to the Premier League – he scored 10 goals and recorded eight assists in 36 games.
The Portuguese will wear jersey number 28 at the English club, and will be Liverpool’s third signing in the summer transfer window.
The contract with the club from “Enfield Road” was previously signed by Darvin Nunez and Calvin Ramsay.
