Chelsea is one of the clubs that was active during the entire summer transfer window, and at the very end they decided to spice up this job with a reinforcement from Manchester City – Cole Palmer.
At the beginning of the season, Palmer began to get a more serious role and more minutes on the field, which he returned with goals in two Super Cups. It seemed to be a new project of the Manchester City Youth School.
But, according to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Palmer is moving to London.
Chelsea reached an agreement with City for the midfielder to move to that club for 45 million euros with an additional five that City would receive through bonuses.
Cole Palmer played 44 games for Manchester City in 2020 and scored seven goals. This season he scored two goals in three games.
