Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta was visibly disappointed after his team lost to Newcastle 2-0 in the 37th round of the Premier League.
“It’s a difficult night. Newcastle deserved a victory and a comfortable one. They were much better in all aspects of the game, from the first to the last minute. We didn’t play anything, and we reacted desperately with goals. Simply put, Newcastle was much better,” said Arteta.
Bukayo Saka shares the same opinion as his coach.
“Everything was wrong. We failed to organize the game from the back line. Very bad match. We are very disappointed. It’s not over yet, but it’s much harder now. We had complete destiny in our hands, and now we have dropped it, “said Saka.
Arsenal are currently in fifth place in the table, and have two points less than Tottenham.
