Allegri: It is unlikely that Di Maria, Milik, and Vlahovic will play together

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri is under a lot of pressure before the Champions League match with Maccabi.

Juventus is already 10 points behind Napoli in Serie A, while in the Champions League they have to pass the group even though they lost in the first two rounds against PSG and Benfica.

“I think this team is great and now needs to grow. I think it is normal that after so many successful years the team needs to be rebuilt. We have to win, we have to be the best on the field, but we are still in the process. We must not get carried away after two victories. Against Maccabi we have to play well, especially to show attitude, we have to fight for every ball and every centimeter. “The victory gives us the opportunity to play an important match in Lisbon,” said Allegri.

Fans would like to see a more attacking Juventus with Angel Di Maria, Arkadiusz Milik and Dusan Vlahovic together in the team.

“That will hardly happen now. Because of their characteristics. Milik has to improve physically. We have 15 players in the game, excluding the goalkeeper. It’s important who plays and who comes off the bench”, added Massimiliano Allegri.
