The final of the Juniors’ Tour 7 took place at the Fuego Speakeasy Arena, where Nordai Desira and Shazen Ciantar competed for a spot in the National Team.
In a close match, Desira’s experience proved to be the deciding factor as he took advantage of a small mistake by Ciantar in the final frame and cleared the table to secure a 9-8 victory.
Congratulations to Desira for earning a spot on the Under 18 National Team, and well done to Ciantar for his impressive performance in his first appearance on the final stage.
The upcoming Ranking Tour 8 will be held on Monday 16, Wednesday 18, and Friday 20 September at the Anici Band Club in Qormi. The top players in this last tournament of the series will qualify for the Under 15 and Under 18 National Teams respectively.
