The Malta Blackball Federation organized a special tournament at the Anici Band Club in Qormi, as all the proceeds went to the Puttinu Cares Foundation. The fundraising even has been taking place for a month where the clubs of the federation during the league games made their respective collections, where together with them and the income from the tournament that took place, the total sum of €1350 was collected.
Meanwhile, Johan Attard beat Clayton Attard 3-1 in the final.
In a statement, the federation claimed that this was an initiative that was being planned for several years and it finally became a reality. At the same time, this activity will be listed in the annual calendar of the federation in order to continue helping the Puttinu Cares foundation.
