21-year-old Oklahoma center Chet Holmgren got some advice from last year’s NBA Finals MVP Nikola Jokic.
The basketball players of the Denver Nuggets defeated Oklahoma with a score of 128:95, and the opportunity to play against Jokic was given to the young Thunder center, who, with a height of 216 and an arm span of 229 centimeters, is considered one of the most talented centers in the world.
However, the Serbian basketball player scored 28 points without problems in this match and was dominant under the basket with 14 rebounds.
On the other hand, Holmgren finished the game with 19 points and four rebounds. The Serbian center emphasizes his lack of physical strength as his main shortcoming.
“He’s a really talented guy, but this is his first year. He’s still learning everything. … I think he needs experience.” I think he needs to be a little bit fatter, to be honest” said Jokic.
The basketball player who was chosen as the second pick in the draft last year skipped the previous season due to a serious foot injury.
