Lionel Scaloni, coach of Argentina, after the victory in the final of the World Cup, pointed out that he is proud of everyone.
After the penalty kick, Argentina was better than the French and it was their first title since 1986.
“I can’t believe that we had so many problems in this game. But we showed once again that this team really can do everything. I am proud of everyone, of absolutely every player, of all our fans. Despite all the blows we received in the final, we stayed on our feet, and that makes this victory even more emotional”, said Scaloni, as reported by HINA.
The coach of Argentina also had a message for all Argentina fans.
“I want to tell our fans to enjoy and celebrate. This is a historic moment for Argentina. Finals? It was a perfect match”, said Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni after the big celebration.
