Over 150 applicants for REGitALL scheme

The Authority for Integrity in Maltese Sport (AIMS) confirms that the application process for the REGitALL scheme has closed after the application deadline was extended by one week to 18 October 2024.

By the extension date, over 150 sports organisations had applied for this scheme, which will offer assistance from professionals specifically hired and trained by AIMS. This number represents a third of the sports entities in our country, which exceed 450 organisations.

These professionals will now physically assist local sports organisations in completing the existing schedules in the Law regulating the registration of sports persons.

The professionals who will be meeting with the sports organisations that requested help through the REGitALL scheme will not only assist them in filling out the mentioned schedules but will also offer help with any necessary improvements or amendments to their respective statutes.

In the coming days, entities that applied to benefit from the REGitALL scheme will be contacted by AIMS to begin scheduling appointments with these professionals.
