The Malta FA Futsal National Team, led by Head Coach Gabriel Dobre, has embarked on an exciting journey to Bern, Switzerland for the Futsal European Qualifiers for Euro 2026. The team departed this morning, filled with determination and spirit as they gear up to represent our nation on the international stage.
The preliminary round, which will take place between the 8th and 14th of April, will see our national team competing in Group C against formidable opponents. On Wednesday, 10th April we will face off against Scotland in what promises to be a thrilling match. This will be followed by matches against Gibraltar on Thursday, 11th April, and Switzerland on Saturday, 13th April. The Futsal National Team’s 15-player call-up was officially announced on Monday, 8th April, showcasing a talented and dedicated group of athletes who are ready to give their all for their country.
