Switzerland and Serbia are in the hunt for a place in the round of 16 as they approach the final match of the group stage of the 2022 World Cup. Switzerland are currently in second place, but a loss to Serbia could dash dreams of the knockouts.
Serbia, on the other hand, is at the bottom of the table, but has been really impressive in all the games so far.
Serbia conceded against Cameroon after taking a 3-1 lead which could see them return to the final clash. Their defense needs to step up and especially against a fierce attack like Switzerland, they need to be in top form to undo them. A win could see them through to the round of 16 if other results go their way.
At the very end of the first half, Canada managed to come back with a goal by Agerda.
The Canadians continued to try to reach a historic point, but the result did not change.
