Cristiano Ronaldo Jr has reportedly taken another major step in his development after training with Real Madrid’s Under-16 side this week. Multiple reports state that the 15-year-old worked with Cadete A at Valdebebas, with the possibility of continuing his training there in the coming days.
The teenager is currently part of the Al Nassr youth setup, having moved to Saudi Arabia following his father’s switch to the club in December 2022. Before that, he had also spent time in the youth systems of Juventus and Manchester United, mirroring much of Cristiano Ronaldo’s own career path.

A return to Real Madrid would carry obvious symbolism. Cristiano Ronaldo senior spent nine seasons with the Spanish giants and established himself as one of the club’s greatest ever players, winning four Champions League titles during his time in Madrid.
Ronaldo Jr has also continued to progress on the international stage. Born in the United States, he has already featured for Portugal’s youth national teams, underlining his emergence as one of the most closely watched young names in the game.
For now, there is no official confirmation of a permanent move, but the latest development has inevitably fuelled talk that Ronaldo Jr could continue his growth at the club where his father built one of football’s most iconic legacies.
