What was written today is now confirmed: Argentine soccer player Paulo Dybala is a new player for Roma, the Roman club announced.
Dybala comes to Roma as a free agent, after his seven-year contract with Juventus expired in June.
Dybala signed a three-year contract with the team led from the bench by Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho.
- The days leading up to the signing of this contract were full of emotions. The speed and determination with which Roma showed they wanted me made the difference. I am joining a team that is on the rise, a club that continues to lay solid foundations for the future and coach Mourinho, who will be a privilege to work with – said Dybala.
Among other things, the teams of Inter and Napoli were interested in bringing Dybala.
Dybala will receive the jersey with the number 21 on the back – it was given to him by Nemanja Matic – but the question is how long he will wear it, because as part of the arrangement, an exit clause of 20,000,000 euros was included in the contract.
