Lionel Messi, Inter Miami soccer player and Argentine national team member, said that he is not thinking about the end of his career and that he enjoys playing soccer.
Messi (36) moved from Paris Saint-Germain to Inter Miami in the summer transfer window.
He scored 11 goals in 12 matches for the club from Miami and had five assists.
“I have always thought about one idea, and that is to enjoy Argentine football playing, as a world champion, for Newells,” said the Argentine.
He won the World Cup in Qatar last year with the Argentina team.
“I’m not thinking about the end of my playing career. I don’t think about what I’m going to do after my career ends. I want to do what I enjoy. I don’t think about the future. I will enjoy it as much as possible. I like to play football the most,” said Messi, who has a contract with Miami until June 2025.
