Messi's hotel worth 30 million euros is collapsing!

Lionel Messi has not been on the field since the beginning of the season and his arrival in Paris Saint-Germain. And apparently outside of it, since the hotel owned by the Argentine is being demolished.

Namely, Messi’s problems with the hotel started from the very purchase that the Argentine football player made back in 2017, for 30,000,000 euros!

It is a hotel located in Barcelona, which was built in 2013 by a certain businessman Francisco Sanchez Rodriguez.

But let’s go back four years when Rodriguez asked for a hotel permit and got it. However, he violated the conditions of the project.

The Spanish businessman built more than he dared, so he never received a permit for the complete legalization of the facility.

When he realized that he had nowhere to go with him, he sold him to the Messi when he assured him that there were no problems with the hotel and that everything was fine.

It just seems unbelievable that Messi paid 30,000,000 euros for that investment until the court that ordered the hotel to collapse collapsed.

The Argentine, of course, filed an appeal, but the Spanish court was relentless and confirmed the original decision, which practically means that Messi threw 30,000,000 euros into the wind.

However, it is to be expected that Messi is now suing Rodriguez, who obviously tricked him and who knew about all possible problems.

The only consolation for Messi in this period is that he deservedly(?) won the Golden Ball, so it will probably be easier to endure a complete defeat when it comes to an expensive investment.
