Massimo Ferrero, one of the most eccentric club owners in the Italian Serie A, who is the first man of Sampdoria, has been in prison since this morning.
He was arrested because he allegedly faked the bankruptcy of one of his companies.
This is not the first time this has happened to him, as evidenced by the numerous lawsuits against him in Italy over the years.
The balance of everything is that he has been in prison since this morning, and five associates are under house arrest.
Ferrero was in the center of attention in the Balkans, because he is allegedly interested in bringing Dejan Stanković as Sampa’s coach.
The Red Star allegedly slowed down the process, but the boss of Sampdoria was supposed to meet today with Fali Ramadani, the coach’s agent.
Instead, he is currently behind bars.
