The Nestle Ice Cream Beach Soccer Tournament semifinals will be played this evening as La Playa de Arena face Naxxar Lions while Hamrun Beach Soccer play against Ta’ Xbiex.
Meanwhile Ta’ Xbiex obtained the fourth spot of the table and hence the qualification for the semifinals as they brushed aside the stiff challenge given by Sliema Beach Soccer 8-5.
Saturday Nanapere netted a poker while Giovanni Galea, Zvezdan Vukovic and Gabriel Dobre were on the mark for Ta’ Xbiex.
Matthew Agius, Sharlon Diacono, Kurt Mifsud u Roberto Fassari were on target for Sliema.
The final of the Nestle Ice Cream Beach Soccer League is scheduled for next Thursday and starts at 6.30pm.
