The Bormla side had to dig deep against determined opposition before eventually securing their place in the final, which is scheduled to take place next Wednesday. Qormi can consider themselves unfortunate to exit the competition despite putting in a solid display throughout.
The identity of their opponents in the final will be decided tonight, when Hamrun 147 A take on Mrieħel Billiard House A in the second leg of their semi-final. Hamrun hold the advantage heading into the tie, having won the first encounter 12-8.

In the Regional Easter Trophy, the final has been set between Qormi Pinto B and Hamrun 147 B. Qormi reached the final with a hard-fought 23-21 win over San Gwann Tiki Taka Spartans, while Hamrun made light work of Zebbug St Joseph A, winning comfortably 21-7. The two sides meet in the final tomorrow.
Meanwhile, the Community Easter Trophy final takes place tonight, with Hamrun 147 D facing Birkirkara Bocci. Both teams progressed on identical 21-10 aggregate scores over two legs, with Hamrun eliminating San Gwann Tiki Taka Buddies and Birkirkara accounting for PL Floriana.
