The Yachting Malta Coastal Race, organized by the Royal Malta Yacht Club, will commence at 10:00 CEST on Wednesday, 16 October.
Around 50 race boats from 16 different countries will convene in Marsamxett Harbour for this exciting day race, which covers a significant part of the picturesque Maltese archipelago. As a crucial lead-up to the Rolex Middle Sea Race, starting on Saturday, this race offers local and international crews an opportunity to test their systems and enhance their teamwork on the challenging waters of Malta.

12 teams from Malta will uphold the country’s proud sailing reputation, competing against skilled sailors from Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, Tunisia, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.
Starting and finishing at Marsamxett Harbour, with spectators gathered at the Royal Malta Yacht Club, the race has three potential routes to keep the participants on their toes and make the most of the current conditions.
