For the first time in the history of Maltese boxing, a boxing event that will take place in Malta will be broadcast live on the international platform DAZN.
The evening which will take place on Friday 4 October is being staged by Vaughan Group Malta in collaboration with Blockone and Prize Boxing Promotions.
On Thursday afternoon the Weigh-in of the 16 fights scheduled in this international event took place which will also see no less than six Maltese boxers in action which are Steve Martin, Lydon Chircop, Niclas Elfstedt , Theon Camilleri, Brandon Borg, Christian Schembri. With them there is also the boxer who has Maltese citizenship Karim Agius who lives in London.
The first eight bouts of the evening will be broadcast live on the Fight Zone platform while from the ninth bout onwards they will be broadcast live on DAZN Boxing including the main fight for the vacant WBF Heavyweight title (World Boxing Federation) between the German Renke Wittke and the Colombian Juan Camilo Novoa.
