Embracing the tournament’s mantra, “The Summit of Emotions,” ticket sales for UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 launched today at an exclusive event held at the famous Jungfraujoch in the Bernese Alps, Switzerland. At a towering 3,454m above sea level, the stunning Aletsch glacier provided a unique backdrop for a match featuring football legends and emerging stars.
A total of approximately 720,000 tickets are available for the tournament, with sales to the general public commencing today. This initial release includes over 250,000 tickets for all 31 matches, offered on a first come, first served basis. Fans can buy up to ten tickets per match starting from CHF 25. Tickets for disabled spectators are also available from CHF 25, and one companion ticket can be requested at no cost. Detailed pricing information is accessible here.
Around 120,000 tickets will be reserved for supporters of the 16 participating national teams. These will be sold in close collaboration with the respective national associations after the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final tournament draw on 16 December at the Swiss Tech Convention Centre in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Tickets will be distributed through the official UEFA Mobile Tickets app, which can be downloaded for free on both Android and iPhone devices. With this app, ticket holders can securely download, transfer, store, or allocate a ticket to a guest at any time and from any location.
An authorised ticket resale platform will launch in spring 2025, enabling fans to resell tickets bought through at their original price. This platform will allow fans to safely buy tickets from other fans via the official UEFA sales channel, mitigating the risk of invalid or counterfeit tickets and guaranteeing that sellers receive their full payment.
Free public transport for ticket holders
Ticket holders travelling within Switzerland will enjoy complimentary public transport. Their tickets will be valid for second-class round trips on matchdays between any Swiss locality and the match venue.
Aleksander Čeferin, UEFA president, remarked: “The 2025 UEFA Women’s EURO will mark another crucial milestone for the future of women’s football. This tournament is not just about showcasing Europe’s finest talent—it reflects UEFA’s strong dedication to advancing the sport and broadening its appeal across the continent.” We are enthusiastic about the passion it will spark in host cities and beyond, providing a robust platform to inspire the next generation of fans and players. This is more than just a sporting event—it is a celebration of progress and the tremendous potential in women’s football.
Dominique Blanc, president of the Swiss Football Association, remarked: “Summer 2025 will be a season of joy and will further amplify the surge in women’s football. The matches will be accessible to everyone. Women, men, children, and families will have the chance to watch Europe’s best players at very affordable prices and, thanks to combined tickets, to travel comfortably and economically by train from any location in Switzerland to the eight host cities.”
Nadine Kessler, UEFA managing director of women’s football, stated: “UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 will be more than merely a tournament; it will be another milestone indicating that women’s football is on an unstoppable trajectory. Our world-class players and teams will take centre stage for the most watched, most competitive, and most attended Women’s EURO ever. Our objective is to sell all 720,000 tickets, and we want fans from Switzerland, Europe, and beyond to join us as we make history next summer.”
