Malta will be facing Turkmenistan in an international friendly on Thursday 10th October at 19:00. This will be the first competitive match with coach Davide Mazzotta who was appointed in the wake of previous NT coach Michele Marcolini’s dismissal earlier last month following the UEFA Nations League matches against Moldova and Andorra.

The media will also have the opportunity to meet Mazzotta during a training session on Saturday 5th October at the Training Grounds in Ta’ Qali.

Malta will then play a crucial match against Moldova in the UEFA Nations League where they must win by two clear goals at least to have any chance of promotion
