The excitement continues in the Malta BOV ePremier League 2023/24 Knockout Stage!
The second day of the Knockout Stage delivered another set of nail-biting matches that saw some unexpected results and determined the fate of several teams.
Four intense encounters kept viewers on the edge of their seats. Sliema Wanderers emerged victorious in a high-scoring 7-6 battle against Valletta, while Mosta secured a dominant 5-2 win over Birkirkara.
The night also saw Hamrun Spartans defeat Marsaxlokk 5-4, and Naxxar Lions triumph over Gzira United with a convincing 5-1 scoreline.
With these results, Sliema Wanderers and Mosta have booked their spots in the Winners Bracket Final, set to be a thrilling clash.
Unfortunately, Marsaxlokk and Gzira United have been eliminated from the competition.
The fate of the entire league will be decided on the final match day, taking place on Friday, 19th April 2024.
