Both teams are coming from defeats against Spain and Italy respectively but the much more fancied Croatia will be looking for no less than three points against the Albanians. That however will not be so easy as has already been demonstrated by Albania’s splendid performance against Italy. Players such as Luka Modric, Kramaric, Gvardiol, Kavacic and Perisic will have to rise to the occasion to contain Albania’s not-so insignificant threat.

Germany vs Hungary
After their emphatic thumping of Scotland in their opening encounter, Germany should see off Hungary to confirm their qualification to the Last 16. Hungary are coming from a 3-1 loss against Switzerland so they are staring elimination in the face. With such great talismen such as Florian Wirtz and Niklas Fulkrugg not to mention Jamal Musiala, Germany should overcome this Hungarian test quite easily.

Scotland vs Switzerland
Switzerland seem to have enough in the tank to overcome Scotland who are being seen as already eliminated easily. The Swiss should easily overcome the Scots and book their passage to the Last 16. Players such as Mbolo, Ndoyo, and Fruler impressed while coach Murat Yakim keeps a pretty tight ship so this is another game that, on paper, looks quite certain in its outcome.
