History, mindfulness, and community will come together under the iconic Maltese sky as Fort St Elmo transforms into the setting for a truly unique summer event. On Wednesday, 23rd July, the public is invited to step inside the historic fort’s ancient walls for an evening of breathwork, storytelling, and personal discovery — all within one of Malta’s most iconic landmarks.
Running from 7PM to 9PM, this specially curated workshop promises an immersive journey where the past meets the present, blending ancient surroundings with powerful modern practices designed to awaken inner strength and stillness.
Led by experienced facilitators, the session will guide attendees through transformative breathwork sequences, hands-on ice tray immersions, and storytelling moments that encourage deep self-connection. The workshop is designed to be inclusive and family-friendly, welcoming participants of all ages and backgrounds.
A Space for Everyone – Including Families
While parents and guardians take part in the guided breathwork journey, children will be hosted by Heritage Malta for a range of engaging educational activities. At the end of the session, families will reunite for a final collective breath, reinforcing a shared sense of unity and calm.
“This event isn’t just a workshop — it’s a chance to slow down, connect deeply, and create memories in a location that holds centuries of stories,” said the organizers. “We wanted to offer something powerful and inclusive, something where every participant leaves feeling a little more whole.”
With limited spots available, early registration is highly recommended for those looking to be part of what promises to be a truly special evening.
Whether you’re seeking stillness, storytelling, or simply a new way to experience Fort St Elmo, this one-of-a-kind event is not to be missed.
