The 2024 Blackball Nations Cup being held in Brindlington resumed yesterday with the singles category. The players who reached the crucial stages of this competition were Lee Ryan Darmanin, Clayton Castaldi and Clint Azzopardi. The latter even made it to the quarter-finals after defeating Sam Bennett 5-3. On the other hand, Lee Ryan Darmanin has to play in the round of 16 against Kyle Cope while Clayton Castaldi faces Matt Barcock. Jesmond Schembri advanced to the last 16 in the Masters Category although he was eliminated by Darren Childs 5-4.
