AC Milan missed the chance to go top of Serie A after being held to a 2-2 draw away at Parma, though they did extend their unbeaten run to 11 matches.
Milan took an early lead when Christopher Nkunku set up Alexis Saelemaekers, who fired into the bottom corner after just 12 minutes. Parma thought they had levelled through former Milan striker Patrick Cutrone, but his goal was ruled out for offside.
The visitors then doubled their lead from the penalty spot after Abdoulaye Ndiaye fouled in the box, allowing Rafael Leão to calmly score from 12 yards.
Parma pulled one back just before half-time when Adrián Bernabé curled a lovely shot into the top corner after being set up by Sascha Britschgi.
The hosts kept up the pressure after the break, and Britschgi created another goal as his cross was headed in by Enrico Del Prato to make it 2-2.
Milan had late chances to win, Christian Pulisic missed a one-on-one, and Saelemaekers shot wide after rounding the goalkeeper, but Parma held on for a deserved point.
