Chelsea revealed how much time Reece James will be off

English football player and Chelsea defender Reece James will be absent from the field for a month due to a knee injury, the London club confirmed today.

In yesterday’s match against Bournemouth in the Premier League, the brilliant right back renewed the knee injury that forced him to miss the World Cup in Qatar.

“Defender Reece James underwent tests today after having to leave the game in the second half against Bournemouth. “Unfortunately, the results of the scan showed that he renewed the injury, and that he will have to be absent from the field for a month,” Chelsea said in a statement, as reported by Sky Sport.

Today, James posted a message on social media in which he stated how “difficult” this year was for him.

“This has been the most difficult year so far. I want to thank everyone for their support. All of this is taking a toll on me mentally, and I’m trying to deal with the cards I’ve been dealt. I hope your end of the year is filled with peace, joy and happiness. I love you all, see you next year”, wrote the England representative.
