Rafael Nadal is well on his way to another Grand Slam title, which would be the 23rd of his career.
The Spaniard routinely made it to the round of 16 of the US Open, after beating Richard Gasquet in three sets in 2 hours and 17 minutes – 6:0, 6:1, 7:5.
Only in the third set was a greater struggle of Gasquet seen, but even that did not present too much of a problem for Nadal, who dominated at the end of the set and went on.
So far, the two have played 18 duels and the score is 18:0 for Rafa.
In the next match, Rafael will have a duel against Frances Tiafoe, who was previously better than Diego Sacoman.
