Although he was left without a coach, Rafael Nadal said that his fans should not be worried because he is not planning to end his career yet.
In the 2022 season, Nadal won two Grand Slam titles and, as he says, he has no intention of stopping there, that injuries will not stop him.
Rafael plans to play even better in the new 2023 season and will start the season with an attempt to defend his title at the Australian Open.
“I am still a professional athlete and I want it to last. I make a great effort, I do everything possible. The retiring story goes on from the day you start playing, every day you get closer to it. I haven’t gotten to the point of thinking about it yet, though. I work every day with a lot of energy to avoid getting into that position. However, I know that one day that day will come,” said Nadal.
