Malta’s women’s national tennis team got its 2026 Billie Jean King Cup Europe Group III campaign underway on Tuesday, opening its tournament against San Marino on Centre Court.
The Maltese squad is made up of Emma Montebello, Elaine Genovese, Maryia Magro and Cheyenne Borg, with Helen Asciak serving as team captain.
The Billie Jean King Cup, the premier international team competition in women’s tennis, provides Malta’s players with the opportunity to compete on the European stage while representing the country against fellow nations.
