Nick Kyrgios has new problems with a knee injury, and for that reason he withdrew from the tournament in Hale.
As the organizers pointed out, Nick felt pain in his knee again during training, which has caused him to take a break for eight months.
“I’ve tried everything here at Hale in the last few days, but I had to retire. When I play, I want to show the game like last year, when I was in the semi-finals, but that’s really not possible,” Kyrgios said in the organizer’s statement.
The tournament in Hale is played on grass and is considered the last preparation for Wimbledon.
