Novak Djokovic had a successful start in his first match at Wimbledon.
The currently second player in the world defeated Pedro Cachin after three sets, with a score of 6:3, 6:3, 7:6.
In the first set, Cachin was the first to break, but Novak returned it immediately and equalized, then Djokovic took the lead, he made a great save and led 1:0 in the sets, when there was a break due to light rain.
The break was short-lived, and in the second set, Novak continued to dominate the court, this time he did not allow a single break to Pedro, so he easily took a 2:0 lead in the sets.
In the third set, Kaćin woke up and played game after game until the very end of the set, when the set went to a tiebreak.
The continuation of the set was still in favor of Novak, who easily broke Cachin and deservedly celebrated the passage.
