Carlos Alcaraz made the two biggest victories in his career in two days, first defeating Rafa Nadal, and then Novak Djokovic at the tournament in Madrid.
After the match, Carlos pointed out that Novak also deserved the victory.
- “Honestly, I don’t know what was the difference between victory and defeat. He was close, he had a chance to break at the end of the second set. Novak was so close in the tie-break as well. We both played an amazing match, I honestly don’t know what decided it. ” – Carlos pointed out and continued:
- “These two victories give me a lot of confidence, I feel it all before the finals. I played a good match, and as for the rest of the season, I hope to continue to play against the best and beat them. It fills me with new energy. ”
- “There are no limits, I try to recover, to be good in every tournament, to be with the best. Tomorrow I will go to the finals as I did in Miami, I am happy for that second final. ” – Carlos Alcaraz concluded.
